Bankruptcy – When, why and how!

Bankruptcy is a process which allows you to refresh anything. It helps you when there is nothing to help with bad debts. Anyone can file a bankruptcy to wash out bad debts if he has some financial problems. I think it is an opportunity to compete financial hurdles in a sophisticated way. Someone can hire attorney to represent himself or to seek some legal help. Online forums, blogs and review sites are also great help and someone can learn a lot from these online resources. You can get financial reports and predictions from online finance experts or can share your questions with other people.

Types of Bankruptcy
Main purpose of filing a bankruptcy is to clear your debts however bankruptcy can be divided into two sections.
• Chapter 7
• Chapter 13

Chapter 7 bankruptcy
All unsecured loans fall in this category. Credit card bills, medical and legal fees, utility bills and deficiency balances all are types of unsecured loans. Court can sell properties or other precious assets of debtors to settle loans and to pay Creditors. Bankruptcy is also marked as a red flag on your reputation so you should consult some financial analyst before applying. I have noticed that many people file bankruptcy without any analysis so they can feel bad later.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy
If someone has income but can’t manage loans then this is the solution for that. Purpose of Chapter 13 is to design some repayment plans under court supervision.

Life before and after bankruptcy is entirely changed so someone can feel good if he had really bad debts or can feel very bad if he had filed a bankruptcy at wrong time with low debts.
