Raymour and Flanigan

There are different classes in furniture stores, like in everything else in the world: society classes, classes in the air plane or train, classes of restaurants. And the situation is absolutely the same in the case of furniture stores. There are low, medium and high-rate levels of quality and quantity of the furniture, service and attitude and of course of the prices. That is why when we finally decide to pay more it is very clear and understandable that we expect everything to be upgraded. But this rule does not always work. Here we will see it on the example of the Raymour and Flanigan furniture stores, which are considered and advertised all over the country to be ones of the best.

Not worth the money. If you decide to go shopping in good and expensive furniture store and buy great furniture for money which you worked very hard for, it is very unjust when something does not correspond to the price. First of all, like the quality of Raymour & Flanigan furniture. If an item does not have a good impression after some period of usage, or very soon it goes broke, or it gives a smell of unprotected old furniture – it does not worth buying.

No respect to the obligations. After you have already paid for the furniture items and at last got them at your home and have some troubles with them – no one at the Raymour and Flanigan will help you. From different reviews of their unhappy customers, it is widely known that their managers do not honor the warranty, do not work to solve the problems with the furniture they have provided – no assistance, very bad customer service.

And if you are going to complain and trying to reach their bosses by the phone, all you can expect is rudeness and run-arounds.
